Recruiter (Remote, Buenos Aires preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our remote talent acquisition team. You will work closely with senior recruiters to keep the hiring engine running smoothly, delivering a great candidate experience while helping the company meet its hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and creative sourcing channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom after alignment with the hiring team.
• Support senior recruiters with day‑to‑day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates at every touchpoint.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to streamline sourcing, screening and recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of recruiting experience (in‑house, agency or RPO).
• Strong on‑camera presence and clear communication skills during video interviews.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple open roles.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
