Record to Analyze Process Expert

About the role

The Senior Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) will deliver high‑quality finance operations services across Record‑to‑Report (RTR) and Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes, acting as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements, building strong relationships and leading operational discussions.
• Oversee RTR activities including general ledger, month‑end/year‑end closing, cash and bank accounting, reconciliations and tax reporting.
• Support end‑to‑end OTC operations, collections, cash application, contract review and accounts receivable performance.
• Assist internal and external audits, execute internal controls, and ensure compliance with SOX, ISO and other governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, automation initiatives and knowledge‑transfer activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services or global business services.
• Strong functional knowledge of RTR and OTC processes and internal controls.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
