About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Reconciliations & Accounting Analysis Senior Analyst. You will manage financial records, analyze data, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, providing accurate financial information to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions and optimize performance.
• Manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Implement account reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance financial reporting and general ledger maintenance.

Required profile

• At least a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in balance‑sheet or account reconciliations.
• General accounting knowledge and proficiency in English (oral and written).

Required skills

• PowerBI and Power Automate (or similar automation tools).
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Familiarity with accounting advisory and financial reporting standards.
