About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QuickBooks Bookkeeper to manage the company’s financial data. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable handling accounts payable and receivable, and capable of producing clear financial reports on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities

Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, and receipts.
Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
Process payroll promptly and accurately.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
High attention to detail.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
