About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented QuickBooks Bookkeeper to manage the company’s financial data. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable handling accounts payable and receivable, and capable of producing clear financial reports on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities
- Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, and receipts.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll promptly and accurately.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
