Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst – Remote

About the role

Kreato Global is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to evaluate interpreter performance in Over‑the‑Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) sessions. The analyst will monitor recorded calls, assess compliance with quality standards, and deliver constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. This is a remote position supporting a multilingual BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions.
• Evaluate interpreter performance against established QA criteria.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify quality trends, generate reports, and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company and client compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams to align quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in OPI or VRI interpretation.
• Previous QA experience in a BPO or language‑services setting is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to provide clear coaching and feedback.
