Project Specialist with Finance and Clinical Research Experience

About the role

Join Syneos Health as a Project Specialist, working remotely from Argentina to support clinical studies and finance functions. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional inputs to ensure successful trial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and communicate clinical study timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Gather input from clinical, regulatory, and data management teams to create comprehensive delivery plans.
• Standardize procedures across trials and implement best practices.
• Oversee operational aspects of trials, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with SOP, GCP, and local regulations.
• Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships for quality delivery.
• Prepare and monitor trial budgets, track expenditures, and keep projects within budget.
• Track key performance indicators, monitor progress, and address deviations.
• Develop recruitment strategies and monitor enrollment progress.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, SOP, GCP, and country‑specific regulations.
• Certification in Clinical Project Management or GCP preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
