Project Specialist – Hybrid (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist to support clinical studies in Argentina. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on planning, monitoring, and delivering trial milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and communicate clinical study timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Gather input from cross‑functional teams (clinical, regulatory, data management) to create comprehensive delivery plans.
• Standardize study processes, implement best practices, and oversee operational aspects of trials.
• Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare and monitor trial budgets, track expenditures and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or related field.
• Strong understanding of SOP, GCP and country‑specific regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
