Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors & Data Integration

About the role

EY is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and strong data integration skills. The role covers the planning, execution and monitoring of projects involving SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration, requiring good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, execution and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set timelines and define deliverables
• Manage schedules, milestones and resources to ensure timely completion
• Identify, document and manage risks, assumptions and issues, and work with stakeholders on mitigation plans and workarounds
• Use SAP SuccessFactors expertise to guide project teams on the best use of the platform
• Manage data integration, including data mapping, transformation and validation, and collaborate with technical teams to fix integration issues
• Maintain project plans, process flows and integration specifications
• Give regular status updates to stakeholders and review project performance to improve future execution
• Manage project finances: build the overall budget and control costs, including planned, actual and forecast for operational and capital expenditures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or IT
• 3 to 5 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, preferably in talent-related fields
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices
• PMP certification preferred but not required
