Project Manager, PMO

About the role

SQUIRE is looking for a Project Manager, PMO to drive cross‑functional initiatives that support the company’s rapid growth. You will own the full project lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end project plans for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables while controlling scope creep.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed timelines and milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project‑level risks.
• Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Document lessons learned and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Support the PMO leadership in rolling out processes, templates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong judgment and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Solutions‑oriented mindset with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering results.
