Program Manager (LATAM)

About the role

OpenFn is seeking a remote, relationship‑driven Program Manager for the LATAM market. You will own a portfolio of subscription customers, ensuring their retention, satisfaction, and growth while acting as the trusted advisor on our technical platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing subscription customers, building multi‑threaded relationships across technical and senior decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute account plans, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and manage renewals, upsells, and expansions.
• Maintain technical fluency on the OpenFn platform, translate between technical teams and business stakeholders, and coordinate with solution architects and implementation consultants.
• Establish program‑management playbooks, cadences, health‑scoring models, and accurate CRM reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑7+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar commercial role within a SaaS or subscription business.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio, including forecasting and negotiating renewals.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both technical users and senior executives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to work remotely from a Central or South American country.
