Principal Software Architect

About the role

Ryz Labs seeks a strategic and hands‑on Principal Software Architect to lead the technical evolution of a key international client’s software applications and digital platforms. • Partner with product managers and client stakeholders to provide visibility into infrastructure costs and define Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead engineering communities, conduct architectural reviews, and mentor tech leads to ensure technical rigor and continuous delivery quality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Proven ability to guide cross‑functional technical teams and drive architectural adoption without direct management authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills for communicating complex decisions to client leadership and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solid foundation in Agile project delivery and modern delivery tools.

Required skills

• Design of multi‑tier distributed systems with hands‑on production coding.
• Deep experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevSecOps practices.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code expertise using OpenTofu or Pulumi.
