Presentations Specialist

About the role

The Presentations Specialist creates and formats pitch‑books, proposals, financial statements and other presentations following JPMorgan standards. The role blends document production with graphic design, requiring creativity and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Process, coordinate and execute daily workflow and team deliverables.
• Produce deliverables according to departmental procedures and corporate branding guidelines.
• Lead discrete portions of projects and, when required, manage a small team.
• Develop complex, customized templates and cover pages for marketing pitches and roadshow presentations.
• Maintain client satisfaction by managing expectations and delegating work appropriately.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of information and seek continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Marketing or related field.
• Customer service, consulting or negotiation experience.
• Analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
