About the role

We are a content production studio focused on high‑quality, social‑first creative at scale. The Director of Art will design and produce premium visual content for multiple brands, leveraging AI, motion, photography, and digital production techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static, motion, and digital assets for always‑on social programs across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Translate campaign ideas into engaging social executions and develop visual concepts for product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural opportunities.
• Build presentations, mockups, storyboards, and production‑ready creative while collaborating with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Producers, Strategists, and other designers.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) to accelerate ideation and production, and partner with retouchers, motion designers, editors, and 3D artists as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in design or art direction with a strong portfolio of social content and digital design.
• Exceptional typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Comfortable moving between concepting and hands‑on execution while managing multiple projects with speed and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of content production workflows for digital platforms.
