PMO Manager – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Trafilea is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to lead its project management framework across LATAM. The role is fully remote and focuses on aligning strategy, resources, and execution to drive the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the PMO processes and methodologies.
• Facilitate resource allocation and OKR execution through structured workflows.
• Standardize visibility of progress, blockers, and risks via high‑impact dashboards.
• Align business strategy at all levels with project planning and execution.
• Champion the transition to a matrix structure using Tribes and Squads.
• Lead the operational framework and collaborate with the Working Better at Trafilea (WBAT) tribe.

Required profile

• 5+ years in senior PMO, Delivery Director, or similar roles managing large cross‑functional teams.
• Graduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of enterprise‑wide Agile adoption with measurable benefits.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, mentoring, and executive‑level communication skills.
