Performance & Talent Development Specialist

About the role

Trafilea is a consumer‑tech platform building an AI Growth Engine for digitally native brands. The Performance & Talent Development Specialist partners with business leaders to design, implement and continuously improve performance management and talent development programs that drive high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Performance Review cycle, from planning through completion.
• Manage Talent Calibration, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), succession planning and promotion processes.
• Track talent metrics, create dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leaders.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to drive adoption of talent development processes.
• Maintain career frameworks, job leveling and competency documentation.
• Create and facilitate training, workshops and learning materials for managers and employees.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data, AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in performance management, talent management, learning & development, organizational development or HRBP roles.
• Proven experience managing performance reviews, talent calibration, IDPs, PIPs, succession planning and career development programs.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Google Sheets/Excel and dashboard reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.
