About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a People Ops Recruitment Services Specialist. You will be at the core of the employee lifecycle, handling onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits and compliance while supporting the broader Business Services practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration to meet workforce needs.
• Respond to employee inquiries, resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws through accurate documentation and process adherence.
• Maintain HR data quality using HR software and streamline operations.
• Analyse HR metrics to drive process improvements and strategic decisions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise HR service delivery and shared services.
• Handle terminations confidentially and professionally.
• Document and enhance HR processes for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, active listening and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems.
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with data protection and information security practices.
