People & Culture Analyst (Generalist)

About the role

The People & Culture Analyst (Generalist) will help shape a positive employee experience and strengthen HR practices across the plant. Working closely with managers, supervisors and staff, the role provides day‑to‑day HR support, drives data‑focused decision making and ensures consistent execution of People & Culture processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers and employees on daily People & Culture matters within the plant.
• Execute core HR processes such as payroll, personnel administration and employee record keeping with accuracy.
• Analyze people data to identify trends, generate insights and improve workforce visibility.
• Translate HR analytics into clear, actionable information for business decisions.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes at the site level.
• Follow up on pulse and engagement surveys and propose proactive initiatives.
• Assist the P&C Manager with OPEX analysis, control and mitigation actions.
• Manage HR information systems, reporting to internal and external agencies, and collaborate with Operational Excellence on improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, payroll or personnel administration, preferably in a fast‑paced operational or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with people data and derive insights.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with both employees and leaders.
• Fluent English.
