People and Culture Specialist

About the role

Join Catalyst Capital Group’s People & Culture function to run full‑cycle recruiting and HR administration across five fast‑growing entities. You will have autonomy, reporting to the People & Culture Manager, and will help standardise hiring processes group‑wide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple roles, including intake, job description creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offers.
• Maintain Workable pipeline hygiene and produce regular recruiting metrics for the People & Culture Manager.
• Run onboarding and off‑boarding processes: contracts, equipment, system access, and first‑week schedules.
• Maintain accurate contractor records, org charts, and HRIS data; prepare payroll and invoicing inputs.
• Keep the employee handbook, policies and templates up to date and serve as the first point of contact for contractor queries.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR operations experience, with at least 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting across multiple business units.
• Hands‑on experience with HR administration, onboarding/off‑boarding, contracts and payroll inputs.
• Comfortable managing several concurrent searches while keeping admin work on schedule.
• Excellent written English and ability to work asynchronously across time zones (EST/CET overlap).

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ATS (Workable preferred) and HRIS (BambooHR).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Workable, Web3 job boards and outbound headhunting.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack and ClickUp.
• Experience building structured interview scorecards and using assessment tools such as Testlify.
