About the role
Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a People Ops – Regulatory Compliance Specialist. You will support day‑to‑day operational tasks related to US employment eligibility, labor laws, and national notice regulations, working closely with global business services teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance with US employment eligibility, labor laws, and national notice regulations.
- Handle new‑joiner and employee inquiries, providing resolutions or escalating as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HR and compliance software.
- Implement process improvements to optimize operations and delivery.
- Analyze data to inform regulatory compliance metrics and support strategic decisions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
Required skills
- Experience with HR software and employee data management.
- Knowledge of US I‑9 and immigration compliance processes.
- Familiarity with technology and process automation tools such as Alteryx, Equifax, or LawLogix.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
