Payment Client Service Account Manager

About the role

The Payment Client Service Account Manager will support a portfolio of large corporate and financial institution clients, helping them maximize the use of J.P. Morgan's Payments Products and Services. The role acts as a central point of resolution for client issues and drives product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor to clients, providing strategic advice and consultation on payment solutions.
• Manage escalation and resolution of service issues, coordinating with bank partners.
• Identify product and service gaps, propose development opportunities, and participate in product enhancement initiatives.
• Communicate complex client issues and recommendations confidently.
• Ensure client compliance with risk policies and educate on regulatory, legal, and cyber changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant industry or functional experience.
• Strong understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment and balance competing priorities.
• Judgment and risk evaluation skills, with flexibility to work varied hours and use virtual connectivity tools.
