About the role

The Patient Reimbursement Coordinator supports clinical trial participants by managing travel logistics and reimbursement processes, ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage travel logistics and reimbursement processing for patients in assigned clinical trial projects.
Coordinate flight, train, accommodation, and ground transport bookings using approved systems.
Review, validate, and approve patient enrolment information and reimbursement requests in line with study policies.
Serve as primary contact for patient inquiries via app, email, or phone, providing timely updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, visit records, and service logs in real‑time.

Required skills

SharePoint for project setup and documentation management.
Experience with travel booking and reimbursement processing systems.
