About the role
Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Concierge Coordinator to support clinical trial participants from Argentina. The role involves managing travel logistics, reimbursement processing, and serving as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their study journey.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and ground transport for patients using approved systems.
- Process and verify patient reimbursement requests in line with study-specific policies.
- Validate patient enrollment information and grant access to digital platforms such as PatientGO®.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, visit records, and service logs in real time.
- Collaborate with project managers, the Patient Concierge Services Manager, and internal teams to implement appropriate patient support services.
