Paralegal Assistant – Contract Management

About the role

The Paralegal Assistant will support the Global Contracts team by managing e‑signature processes, maintaining the contract database, and assisting with contract drafting and negotiation under attorney supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate e‑signature execution for contracts, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain and improve the contract database within the CLM tool, including electronic storage and workflow design.
• Track contract requests and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Vice President, Global Contracts Counsel.
• Support team members with day‑to‑day tasks and provide guidance on process and tooling questions.
• Promote adoption of AI tools in legal workflows and help evaluate new AI features in the CLM platform.
• Identify inefficiencies in commercial legal processes, propose solutions, and help implement improved workflows.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for a diverse client base under attorney supervision.

Required profile

• Law student, BA/BS, Paralegal Certificate, or J.D.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Team player with a sense of humor and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using e‑signature tools.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
• Knowledge of Gemini or similar contract tools.
