Site Contracts Specialist Sr II – Site Agreements & Budget

About the role

The Site Contracts Specialist Sr II will lead multi‑country projects, negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored clinical trials in Argentina or Chile. The role ensures contract quality, compliance, and timely execution while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare site‑specific contracts and investigator budgets using country CTA templates.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents, and capture metadata.
• Coordinate contract management processes with protocol, consent, investigator, vendor, and customer agreements.
• Collaborate with Site Contract Service Center, Legal, Clinical Operations, and Finance to align contracts with sponsor master agreements and departmental budgets.
• Identify and mitigate contract or process risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Mentor junior staff on SOPs and maintain training materials.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Moderate contract management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry; management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up processes (Phases II‑IV).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
