Paid Media Video Editor for Social Ads

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Video Editor who will create short‑form ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The role focuses on turning raw footage into conversion‑focused videos that directly generate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Produce scroll‑stopping video ads for Meta platforms and TikTok using UGC, product clips and internal shoots.
• Ensure every edit is optimized for clicks and purchases, not just aesthetics.
• Collaborate with paid‑media, organic social, creative, marketing and influencer teams.
• Support organic social content with repurposed video assets.
• Monitor ad performance data and iterate creative assets accordingly.

Required profile

• Performance‑oriented mindset with an understanding of hooks, value propositions and buyer psychology.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced startup environment.
• Flexible schedule (9‑6 pm EST) with focus on results over clock‑time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook ad formats and specifications.
• Basic motion‑graphics ability for short‑form ads.
• Experience handling UGC and product footage.
