Paid Ads & Full Funnel Designer

About the role

Skylink is looking for a Paid Ads & Full Funnel Designer to own the entire paid media funnel—from ad creation to lead delivery in Salesforce. This part‑time contract role involves 10 hours per week of high‑ownership work, collaborating closely with the CEO and sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and adjust LinkedIn and Meta campaigns weekly based on AI‑generated recommendations, pausing under‑performing ads and optimizing targeting.
• Design, build, and test end‑to‑end funnels including landing pages, thank‑you pages, forms, CRM wiring, UTMs, and tracking pixels.
• Develop budget models using real cost‑per‑click and conversion data, and manage retargeting audiences.
• Monitor landing page conversion rates, MQLs, and cost per MQL, providing data‑driven insights to the CEO and sales team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience running B2B paid campaigns, especially LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven ability to follow a fixed review rhythm with written recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset to diagnose ad, page, or targeting issues before making changes.
• Self‑disciplined, optimistic, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Campaign Manager (mandatory) and Meta Ads Manager (plus).
• Landing‑page creation in Squarespace.
• CRM and marketing automation: Salesforce and ActiveCampaign (or similar platforms).
• Implementation of tracking pixels, UTMs, and budget modeling.
• Advanced AI prompting for marketing tasks.
