Head of Growth - Argentina

About the role

ARQ is a fast-growing fintech whose mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders. It is looking for a Head of Growth for Argentina to lead growth in the country, represent ARQ locally and own the country's acquisition and branding P&L. The role acts as a bridge between global teams and the Argentinian market, bringing local insights to strategy and product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Act as ARQ's primary representative in Argentina and build and strengthen its brand, including PR and earned media
• Own the local marketing P&L, driving user and revenue growth, margin optimization and better unit economics
• Build relationships with local partners, brand ambassadors, influencers and affiliates
• Run Above-The-Line (TV, OTT, OOH, radio) campaigns and work with global performance and creative teams on brand consistency and localization
• Build scalable processes, hire, develop and lead the local team
• Influence the local product roadmap with growth-driving products or features

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience, including top-tier management consulting (e.g. BCG, Bain, McKinsey, OW) or a bulge bracket investment bank, plus senior operating roles at a high-growth VC-backed tech company
• Deep understanding of the Argentinian market and consumer behavior
• Structured problem-solving and ability to coordinate external partners such as media, celebrities, influencers or affiliates
• Self-starter who leads projects end to end and has a track record of building and leading teams
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
