Organizational Learning Advisor – Enterprise Systems

About the role

The Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems designs, delivers and measures global training for critical clinical and enterprise technology platforms. This role partners with system owners and business leaders to ensure readiness, adoption and sustained proficiency across Medidata and Certinia solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead learning strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations, releases, new modules and refresher training.
• Develop and maintain role‑based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops and assessments.
• Partner with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations and SMEs to scope training needs, plan timelines and secure approvals.
• Support global end‑user training, train‑the‑trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings and adoption support.
• Ensure training assets are published, version‑controlled and reportable within the Worldwide Learning Center.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, systems training, technology adoption or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical, financial and workflow requirements into clear learning experiences.
• Experience supporting regulated or validated systems (GCP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases in a global, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Medidata platforms (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, eCOA, RTSM, RBQM).
• Experience with Certinia (time entry, resource management, forecasting, reporting).
• Proficiency with Salesforce‑based workflows.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools.
