Student Onboarding Specialist

About the role

TripleTen, an award‑winning online tech bootcamp, is looking for a Student Onboarding Specialist for its Latin America team. You will guide new students from payment through their first sprint, keeping them motivated and removing obstacles to start.

Key responsibilities

• Contact every new student within agreed timeframes, run the welcome call and ensure payment, access and tools are ready.
• Understand each student’s goals, connect the program to them and motivate them for the first lesson.
• Handle doubts, objections and early cancellation requests, offering alternatives to keep them enrolled.
• Proactively follow up with silent students, those who miss the start or encounter early blockers.
• Record every interaction and outcome in HubSpot and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 1+ years in sales, retention, account management or customer service with a commercial component (B2C education, fintech, subscriptions, etc.).
• Ability to handle objections calmly and demonstrate results in persuading customers.
• Results‑oriented – measured by how many students start, not by call volume.
• Fluent Spanish and English (B1 level or above).
• Organised, autonomous and able to manage many students in parallel with tight deadlines.
