Community Impact Coordinator – Academic Resource Center

About the role

The Community Impact Coordinator supports EY’s Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team, focusing on the EY Academic Resource Center (EYARC). The role splits time between operational support for EYARC’s content lifecycle, faculty engagement, and broader sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of EYARC content, including intake tracking, version control, formatting, publishing, and post‑publication testing.
• Provide first‑line support via a shared mailbox, triaging faculty inquiries, handling access requests, and maintaining user list hygiene.
• Support webinars, virtual events, and newsletters by coordinating invitations, tracking attendance, and managing post‑event materials.
• Maintain operational trackers, templates, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and process visibility.
• Assist Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility teams with research, data collection, presentation development, and program support such as EY Ripples.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or process‑driven roles.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, and comfort working in a high‑volume, structured environment.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and proactive, reliable work ethic.
