Operations Enablement Consultant – EY Career Center

About the role

This role sits within the EY Career Center and works closely with its operations team to support the delivery of executive coaching, group-coaching workshops, the Opportunity Marketplace and the development of career resources. It is a Supervising Associate position focused on keeping coaching services running smoothly and data accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process EYCC client user access requests daily
• Maintain data integrity across the EYCC system and trackers by auditing, cleansing and reconciling data
• Harvest opportunities for the Opportunity Marketplace and support the marketplace lead in initiatives, efforts and communications
• Support deployment and management of client feedback surveys and turn results into ROI and impact reporting
• Support development of new career resources for eycareercenter.com and prepare group coaching workshops, including registration, tracking, pre-work, assessments, materials, logistics and facilitator support
• Build reporting that uses data analytics to identify trends
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across Talent and the firm, and report issues and progress to leadership
• Protect the integrity, privacy and confidentiality of EYCC data

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Five-plus years of related work experience
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Ideally: experience in talent, coaching, learning, events, finance, recruiting or resource management, and in professional services

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables and reporting
• Basic understanding of Copilot and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Project management, attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
