Marketing Specialist – Southern Latin America

About the role

Hanwha Vision is seeking a Marketing Specialist for Southern Latin America to plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives across the region. Based in Buenos Aires, the role works closely with sales, distributors, system integrators and technology partners to generate demand and strengthen the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Execute B2B marketing initiatives aligned with regional commercial and marketing priorities.
• Coordinate demand generation, go‑to‑market activities, industry events, trade shows, webinars, trainings and product launches.
• Adapt global campaigns and materials to local market requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop marketing and sales enablement assets such as presentations, digital campaigns and product communications.
• Support digital marketing, lead generation, database management and campaign follow‑up.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and industry developments in video surveillance and electronic security.
• Coordinate external vendors, track marketing budgets and report on KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or channel‑driven environments.
• Experience in video surveillance, electronic security or related industry is strongly preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in Buenos Aires with willingness to travel within the region.
