About the role

The company, a pharmaceutical industry leader, is looking for an Administrative Analyst to support marketing and commercial activities in Buenos Aires. The role involves logistical, administrative and reporting tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

Support logistics with inventory control and warehouse movements.
Assist in event execution, invoicing, purchase orders and related administrative duties.
Prepare reports, data analyses and key performance indicators.
Provide on‑site and logistical support for assigned medical events.

Required profile

Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields.
At least one year of experience in marketing, commercial operations, sales administration or similar.
Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong Excel skills.
