Integration Consultant – Influencer Marketing

About the role

Influencer Hero is seeking a technically‑minded Integration Consultant to guide D2C e‑commerce brands through onboarding and implementation of its influencer marketing platform. You will own the end‑to‑end client experience, from initial setup to ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and technical onboarding sessions tailored to each client.
• Advise clients on influencer marketing strategy and practical execution.
• Identify integration requirements, configure settings, and guarantee deployment success.
• Respond to client queries via Intercom with fast, accurate technical fixes.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and share product feedback.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation and implementation workflows.

Required profile

• 1+ years in a customer‑facing role involving technical onboarding or implementation.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; quick to understand system workflows.
• Clear, confident communication and highly organised multitasking skills.
• Proactive team player comfortable working cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and integrations, especially Shopify.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo for email marketing automation.
• Use of Intercom for client support communications.
