Marketing Specialist - Remote

About the role

The Marketing Specialist supports the Commercial Equipment business within Assurant's Global Automotive Marketing organization. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and marketing centers of excellence, helping run integrated marketing campaigns, events, content initiatives and promotional activities. It is a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from intake through execution and delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and marketing support teams.
• Develop creative briefs and manage project requests through internal workflows.
• Support digital marketing, content marketing, media, event and promotional initiatives.
• Track project timelines, stakeholder feedback, approvals and campaign deliverables.
• Support annual and quarterly marketing planning.
• Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships and other marketing events.
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Nice to have: B2B and B2C marketing experience, familiarity with Monday.com, trade show and sponsorship support, knowledge of digital media, paid social and content marketing, matrixed global organization experience, and marketing agency or account management background.
