Customer Success Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

A digital marketing agency serving the skilled trades and home services sectors in North America is looking for a Project and Growth Manager to act as a marketing consultant and trusted partner. You will own a pod of client accounts, making sure each SEO campaign, lead-generation strategy and web build ships on time and delivers measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day success and retention of a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Act as the bridge between clients and the delivery team, turning business goals into clear briefs for specialists.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and stay the main point of contact with them.
• Manage timelines and workflows in ClickUp so work meets quality standards and is delivered on schedule.
• Advise clients on SEO, Google and Meta ads, web design, social media and branding.
• Analyse performance data, report results clearly and spot upsell opportunities aligned with client growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years in account management, project management or client success within a marketing agency.
• Fluent, native-level spoken and written English, able to hold video calls with North American business owners.
• Naturally organised, able to handle several accounts and deadlines at once.
• Nice to have: experience with trades or blue-collar clients, deep SEO or Meta Ads knowledge, and sales or business development background.

Required skills

• SEO, paid lead generation (Google and Meta), web design and social media management.
• Advanced hands-on use of ClickUp and CRM tools for client tracking.
