Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance

About the role

Remote is seeking a Manager, Time & Attendance to lead the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Time & Attendance, this role will shape global employment processes across more than 80 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and develop a high‑performing distributed T&A team.
• Foster a positive, innovative culture in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Lead performance management, recruitment, training and mentorship for the regional team.
• Serve as the final escalation point for high‑risk T&A issues, including complex wage‑hour disputes and policy interpretation.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal and Employee Relations to improve T&A processes and SOPs.
• Optimize workflows, identify automation opportunities and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage employee data securely and advise on handling sensitive T&A records.
• Champion responsible AI adoption within the team, running pilots and establishing guardrails.

Required profile

• Hands‑on people‑management experience with a coaching mindset, leading distributed international teams.
• Proven track record in HR Operations across multiple countries.
• Deep expertise in Time & Attendance compliance, wage‑hour laws and policy exceptions.
• Experience in fast‑paced, scale‑up environments and service‑level driven roles.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong technical acumen with experience using digital tools for process optimization and automation.
