Manager, Customer Success

About the role

The Manager, Customer Success will lead regional efforts to engage, grow, and support Mastercard Services customers, ensuring they realize the full value of network products and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer partnerships, manage health and value realization during product launch and post‑sale, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive business growth by leveraging Mastercard Services offerings, identifying cross‑sell opportunities, and evaluating the financial viability of product business cases.
• Develop training materials, playbooks and thought‑leadership content, translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer‑centric solutions, and gather feedback to improve products.

Required profile

• Proven ability to analyze customer metrics, use data‑driven insights and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience working with large and emerging technology, financial services, acquirers/processors or digital platform partners.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with a collaborative mindset across cross‑functional teams.
