Sales Support Analyst – Latin America

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join its Argentina team and provide commercial and operational assistance to distribution partners across Latin America. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve complex order requests, and ensure smooth operation of the company’s digital sales platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide order management and commercial support to distributors, integrators, system builders and other channel partners throughout Latin America.
• Handle customer inquiries, tickets, complaints and non‑standard order requests, delivering timely, high‑quality responses.
• Support logistics follow‑up, documentation, invoicing inquiries, credit holds and export‑control requirements.
• Manage and promote the use of Alfa Laval’s e‑commerce platforms, including Anytime and other digital tools.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for distributors and partner order handlers on digital tools.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor service performance and suggest continuous‑improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers, Sales, Finance, Logistics and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Commerce, Logistics or International Business.
• At least 2 years of experience in order support, customer support, e‑commerce operations or B2B sales support.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) and fluent Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in industrial or multinational environments is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and digital sales tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
