Legal & Government Policy Analyst – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Alignerr is building AI systems that assist professionals in high‑stakes domains such as law, public policy, and regulatory compliance. We need experts with deep knowledge of Argentine legislation and government processes to evaluate and improve AI‑generated content in these areas.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated legal analyses, policy summaries, and government‑related content for factual accuracy and completeness.
• Check the correct use of legal terminology, citations, and references to Argentine national and provincial law.
• Identify logical flaws, misleading interpretations, or factual errors in AI outputs.
• Assess how well AI responses handle nuance across legislation, case law, compliance, and public policy.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to help improve AI performance on legal and governmental topics.
• Work independently on an asynchronous schedule, setting your own hours.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of legal concepts, government processes, or public policy, especially Argentine legal frameworks.
• Excellent reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate precisely in Spanish and/or English.
• Comfortable evaluating content across diverse legal and regulatory subjects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Argentine constitutional law, civil and commercial code, or administrative law.
• Knowledge of Argentine regulatory bodies such as AFIP, BCRA, CNV, or sector‑specific agencies.
