Lead Accountant

About the role

The Lead Accountant will join the Consolidations team, working remotely to manage capital movements, equity accounting, and intercompany transactions across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile cash and non‑cash capital movements between parent and subsidiary entities.
• Assist with accounting for acquisitions, dissolutions, mergers, and equity pickups/eliminations.
• Track and reconcile intercompany loans and prepare intercompany reconciliations for selected entities.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and analytical reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support SEC reporting schedule preparation and review of 10Q/10K filings.

Required profile

• BA or BS in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate or consolidation environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with domestic and international teams.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and able to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI (preferred).
