Latam TA2 Operations & Innovation Senior Specialist

About the role

EY is looking for a Latam TA2 Operations & Innovation Senior Specialist (rank Supervising Associate) to support the evolution and operational excellence of Talent Attraction & Acquisition across Latin America. The role helps implement, maintain, improve and scale recruiting processes, tools, policies and operational practices, acting as a key operational and technical member of the regional transformation team. It is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype and improve digital solutions, AI-enabled tools, copilots, workflows, dashboards and productivity tools, and support their testing, validation and adoption
• Identify and automate repetitive, manual or high-volume recruiting activities in line with EY's risk, data privacy, information security and Responsible AI requirements
• Support implementation, stabilization and improvement of recruiting processes, tools, workflows and policies across Latam, and partner with country TA teams on pain points and standardization
• Provide day-to-day operational support to TA teams on processes, tools, templates, reporting and policy questions
• Document and maintain regional playbooks, user guides, training materials and FAQs, and deliver training, office hours and workshops
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and reports on performance, adoption, productivity and candidate/hiring manager experience, and analyze recruiting data to recommend improvements
• Help define and track KPIs on process efficiency, tool adoption, automation impact, data quality and user experience

Required profile

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HR Transformation, HR Technology, People Analytics or related fields
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting operations, including requisitions, candidate workflow, interviews, offers, data management, compliance and reporting
• Experience supporting process improvement, tool implementation, user adoption, training and documentation
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese highly desirable

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ATS, workflow tools, dashboards and reporting platforms
• Analytical skills and technical aptitude for automation, AI tools and productivity platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed, regional environment
• Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or SmartRecruiters, Power BI, Excel advanced analytics, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Forms, Power Apps
