About the role

Sovos is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to organize, maintain, and optimize support knowledge assets. You will develop strategies that make critical information accessible, create content that helps solve problems, and ensure everything published is accurate, searchable, and ready for AI‑powered systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create, organize, and maintain support content across knowledge bases, documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Ensure content accuracy, currency, and optimization for AI systems, search engines, and user accessibility.
• Use analytics to track knowledge asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular content audits to maintain consistency, quality, and relevance.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to capture institutional knowledge.
• Leverage AI tools to improve document generation, maintenance workflows, and discoverability.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.

Required profile

• Experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content management, either through a relevant degree or hands‑on work.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
• Willingness to undergo a background check due to client contractual obligations.
