Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as a Junior Technical Project Manager. You will work closely with software development and product teams to deliver agile projects that support client objectives across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage defined workstreams or small projects embedded within engineering, testing and product teams.
• Support agile delivery by tracking progress, managing risks and ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Conduct complex analyses and prepare communications for clients and internal leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and contribute to team discussions on analysis implications.
• Assist client staff with implementation tasks and help drive measurable value.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience working in cross‑functional technology projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort handling complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, testers, product owners and stakeholders.
