About the role
We are seeking a Junior or Mid‑Level Attorney to join our Corporate team in the Buenos Aires office. The role involves supporting corporate governance, M&A, and regulatory matters for both private and public companies.
Key responsibilities
- Register local and foreign companies with the Public Registry of the City and Province of Buenos Aires.
- Draft minutes and corporate documents and ensure compliance with registry regulations.
- Conduct due diligence and support corporate reorganizations.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience for Junior level or 4 years for Mid‑Level.
- Fluent English and strong commitment to client service.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, team‑oriented environments.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
