Junior Data & Reporting Analyst (Part‑time)

About the role

Minders is looking for a motivated junior professional to join the team as a Data & Reporting Analyst. Working 6 hours per day on a part‑time basis, you will help keep HubSpot data clean and provide the reporting that sales, marketing and pre‑sales teams rely on for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean HubSpot databases: deduplicate records, normalize fields and update properties.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot covering pipelines, campaign performance, and sales/marketing metrics.
• Build segmented lists for campaigns, analysis and automation.
• Document processes and define CRM properties/fields.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing to identify reporting needs and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Administration, Economics, Systems, Marketing, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data quality.
• Analytical curiosity to understand what the data is telling you.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM platform.
