About the role

This junior position supports the Share Services team in Argentina by delivering transactional and specialist HR services across one or more markets. The role works virtually, using digital tools to connect, engage and collaborate with employees and HR partners.

Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers and HR Business Partners across a wide range of HR activities.
Enter and maintain data in Workday, manage HR documents, and update internal tools and databases.
Respond digitally to employee queries and monitor query completion to identify process improvements.
Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs, ensure compliance with global standards and local employment laws.

Required profile

Previous experience in a similar HR service or shared services role is appreciated.
Relevant studies in Human Resources, Communication or Business Administration.
Advanced level of English.

Required skills

Workday data entry and administration.
