Jr. Medical Manager Established Products

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Junior Medical Manager for Established Products to support its medical affairs activities in Argentina or Chile. The role will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure scientific excellence and compliance across promotional and non‑promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities.
• Define standards for review and approval of promotional and non‑promotional materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop tactical and operational plans for creating publications, scientific literature, training, education, and disease‑state awareness materials.
• Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• MD degree is desirable.
• Expertise in Oncology, Immunology, or Hematology is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Medical Affairs as a Senior MSL or Medical Manager.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of drug development, clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication planning.
