IT Support Technician – Onsite in Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Buenos Aires team. The role provides first‑ and second‑line assistance to internal users and contractors, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line technical support for laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot user equipment and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access rights in Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD and Office 365.
• Perform basic network tasks, maintain server and networking equipment, and assist with connectivity issues.
• Document incidents, resolutions and maintain knowledge‑base entries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting IT hardware and software for end‑users.
• Secondary education or higher.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work onsite.

Required skills

• Okta identity management.
• Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Office 365 administration.
• Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
• Basic networking and security concepts.
